Rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga, yet aligned with the latest science of health and wellbeing, this 15-month course offers an innovative blend of yoga psychology, therapeutic movement, and practical spirituality—alongside yogic practices that will change the landscape of your body, heart, and mind, awakening a deeper vitality and purpose within. You’ll gain not only a professional qualification but also a deep understanding of how to apply yogic wisdom to your life, your relationships, your work, and your inner journey.

This course will give you ability to deliver strong, effective, sustainable and fun personal and spiritual transformation – for yourself, your students and clients.

Dru Yoga is known for its graceful sequences, accessible practices, dynamic asana, and deep inner stillness. A Two-Phase Journey of Transformation

Phase 1: 9-Month Foundation (200-Hour Qualification)

  • Begin teaching short yoga packages after just 8 days of training.
  • Achieve full 200-hour teacher certification by month 9.
  • Receive continuous support through mentoring, group practice, and personal guidance.

Phase 2: 6-Month Advanced Integration & Mastery (300-Hour Qualification)

  • Deepen your knowledge of yoga philosophy, energy work, and life purpose.
  • Learn practical tools for professional success, including business skills and conscious leadership.
  • Refine your teaching with tailored feedback, advanced practice, and real-world application.

In phase 1 each theme is explored through two immersive weekend modules, weaving together movement, breath, relaxation, meditation, and yogic psychology:

Stillness is not passive—it’s powerful. Learn how to find stability and resilience amidst life’s changes using Dru Yoga’s unique foundational Energy Block Release sequence. Become a source of calm for yourself and others.

Discover the spine as the energetic core of your being with powerful posture work adapted to your body constitution. Experience how, when the spine is activated and aligned, your vitality, confidence, and creative potential flow freely.

Work with the body’s core energy centres to overcome inertia, access deep inner motivation, and bring your dreams into action.

  1. The Embodied Breath – Unlocking the Power of Prana

Breath is the bridge between the mind and body. Learn how to harness its transformative power to expand awareness, restore balance, and awaken your full potential.
