In this session with Dru Ayurveda senior tutors, we will explore the five pathways to longevity, beginning with

Diet and Nutrition. This first pathway highlights the vital role that food plays in your overall health. It’s not just about what tastes good but about discovering what truly nourishes your body and supports long-term vitality. By learning which foods are best suited to your unique constitution and health needs, you can transform your kitchen into a source of healing rather than simply flavour. This approach enables you to use food as a powerful tool for enhancing your well-being.

Moving on to the second pathway, Herbs, we investigate how these natural healers can complement your diet. Herbs not only add flavour to your meals but, with the right knowledge, can also support your digestion, mental clarity, and sleep quality. They become valuable allies in your journey towards better health.

 

The third pathway, Yoga and Meditation, focuses on identifying practices that are tailored to your body type, the season, your age, and specific health concerns. This personalised approach ensures that you engage in practices that support your physical and mental well-being throughout the year.

 

In the fourth pathway, Therapies, we examine how various treatments, such as specific oils, gemstones, fragrances, and types of massage, can be beneficial depending on the time of day and year.
