Nourish and Align 2025: Reset your Circadian Rhythm with Ayurveda and Yoga in Nature

Grounded in the ancient science of Ayurveda and the restorative power of Dru Yoga, this retreat will gently guide you back into alignment with your natural rhythms.

In the heart of autumn, surrounded by nature’s quiet wisdom, this retreat offers a sanctuary to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

In this fast-paced world, you might find yourself constantly pulled in multiple directions. Ayurveda offers a profound way to return to balance.

Rooted in the wisdom of nature, Ayurveda teaches you how to realign with the elements, listen to your body, and cultivate harmony in your daily life.

Join us on this retreat to rediscover—through food, movement, breath, and deep rest—a rhythm that nourishes rather than depletes. Leave feeling reconnected to your body’s 24-hour clock, with a deeper sense of well-being and vitality.

    The Five Pathways of Dru Ayurveda

The retreat structure is based upon the five pillars, which create a practical framework for well-being:

  1. Food & Nutrition – Eating in alignment with your constitution and the seasons;
  2. Yoga & Meditation – Using movement and mindfulness to balance body and mind;
  3. Lifestyle & Routines (Dinacharya) – Creating daily rhythms that support long-term health;
  4. Therapies – Exploring techniques like Marma therapy for deep relaxation and healing;
  5. Herbs & Spices – Harnessing natural remedies to enhance digestion, immunity, and vitality.

By following the five pathways, you’ll find it easier to align with natural cycles, including your body’s circadian rhythm.

Ayurveda empowers you to take charge of your health in a preventative and deeply restorative way, helping you tackle:
