Teacher Training Course

The Art and Science of Dru Yoga Nidra

A Dru Yoga Nidra teacher training course offering comprehensive experience in practising and teaching Yoga Nidra as both a profound state of consciousness and practical methods to achieve it.

about yoga nidra

Awaken to your essential nature - and learn to lead others home to theirs

Yoga Nidra is not a nap - it’s a pathway to wakefulness

Yoga Nidra is often mistaken for a relaxation method or a sleep aid — a way to unwind, to slow down, to drift off. And while it does guide the body and mind into deep rest, its true purpose is far more profound.

Sleep is a gateway - not the destination

It offers a natural threshold through which we access the subtle state of Yoga Nidra: a state of consciousness through which healing accelerates, limiting patterns dissolve, and profound insight emerges.

why join

Join us on this a path of embodied transmission

You’ll learn how to enter the Yoga Nidra state with precision and presence, and how to guide others into that same field of spacious awareness — where old patterns dissolve, the mind quiets, and the truth of our being begins to reveal itself.

This is not just about you leading a practice. It’s about you embodying the practice and state of yoga nidra — and teaching from the clarity that arises when all striving falls away.

This training is an initiation into the deeper dimensions of Yoga Nidra — not as a technique to induce rest, but as an advanced path to inner mastery, insight, and awakening.
