Dru Yoga is suitable for all. It has lovely flowing movements that make you feel you are truly in tune with your body and mind. It leaves you feeling relaxed but vital, and fully aware of yourself.
I remember reading the course handbook over 2 years ago, thinking and believing I could never do it; not feeling good enough and deep panic and fear about the whole idea of teaching - being in front of people and having the focus on myself. Now I sit here writing this at the end of 2 years, on graduation day, and I say to myself 'you did it!'. You are enough! My head told me I couldn't do it, but my heart said 'yes, you absolutely can'. It has changed my life and I can't recommend the course highly enough! Life is a journey of coming home to yourself, your true and highest Self. Dru Yoga is absolutely helping me to do that.
I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop. I felt reconnected and restored. It was an amazing Dru experience.
The training is about so much more than the asanas, it is very holistic. The pace is at the right level, every asana is refreshed so you get the opporunity to learn how to do it correctly.
We had a really great day yesterday. The mixture of yoga, relaxation, cooking demonstrations and eating was just right. It has left me wanting to know more about doshas and how yoga and food can balance someone. We also loved the partner poses, beautiful and fun.

The workshop was warm, friendly, very interesting and mind altering. It was all inclusive, encouraging and well put together.
It has inspired me to be more disciplined with my practice and in addition, to think more deeply about its effect on me at all levels; I’ve learnt so much! The course has also enabled me to continue the process of unwinding, freeing up and reaching out to life!
I have gained more knowledge – I feel more confident. It’s given me a much wider vocabulary to take students into other koshas, to vary my teaching and experiment more.

What I'll take from today's yoga postgrad workshop:- Underpinning the true purpose of yoga - to develop a relationship with the Self that exists deeply within. Loved the relaxations, especially 'Waves of Peace'. The pancha koshas provide us with a road map for better understanding of our psychological and spiritual development.
Opens the mind to a different way of working.
As a Dru Yoga teacher I have loved challenging myself to learn something new. The fun uplifting dance of Santosh has given me confidence and renewed energy.

As a yoga teacher, this course has taken my practice to a level I didn't even know existed!! It has shown me my true path in life and shone a light on it. The course has helped me incredibly in every way by taking classes to a different level and has given me the pathway to connect to people's souls.
What I enjoyed the most was learning the beautiful EBR 8.
I enjoyed the waves of peace relaxation; lovely! Loved the kosha talk and flowing tree and pear tree. Loved the kosha talk and flowing tree and pear tree! The opportunity simply to 'be' in a class, rather than analysing and reflecting on teaching style, alignment points etc. The workshop was enjoyable, relaxed and designed to nurture us!
I really enjoyed being amongst like-minded yogis. I enjoyed the moving posture work as it's not often I do postures I tend to do EBR[s or sequence work. I enjoyed the sequence this afternoon. I absolutely love all of these workshops and they keep me connected, both with new yogis and in my own body and mind. There was. very good mix of exercises, things to think bout and contributing verbally.
I enjoyed all of this workshop, but particularly EBR3 and the flowing tree. My overall impression was that this workshop was great; very peaceful and as a complete beginner, easy for me to do.
It is the best BWY event I have been on.
