I have been doing Dru yoga along with my husband Alan Inglis for a number of years now and go to his classes. I have to say that Dru helped me get my strength and walking ability back after a very severe illness. I am a true fan.
Dru Yoga will inspire you in ways you had never imagined. What you learn will transfer easily to your daily life.
Taking part in the course has added Kosha awareness and improved my language to explain and explore yoga. It has deepened my spiritual awareness and provided me with tools to develop my skills with healing.
There was lots of variation, some easy, some more challenging. Lots of explanation about how to move and the theory behind the moves. I love to know stuff :).
Dru has helped me to transform my life slowly; to find some sunshine despite life's challenges. It works subtly and powerfully to bring us back to balance with ourselves and our inner nature. Dru Yoga is suitable for all people of all abilities. Just go for it!

As a Dru Yoga teacher I have loved challenging myself to learn something new. The fun uplifting dance of Santosh has given me confidence and renewed energy.

I liked the warm-up - the twist, my era! It was a good venue; comfortable and nice choice of refreshments. The workshop was lovely, gentle and supportive. Reaffirms why I love yoga.
I love the way the tutors introduce us to the energy body and the chakras when teaching the asanas. I feel as I have used the EBRs, asanas and relaxation over the last few months that I have changed as a person. I feel more confident and more in touch with my true self. It is a lovely journey.
The Dru Youth courses have completely changed my life over the years I’ve come. They’ve given me the tools I need to stay positive, grounded, and handle life in ways I would never have been able to without it.

There is a greater understanding and a deeper awareness of the essence of Dru Yoga and how it deeply touches and embraces you to align yourself to the truth with you/the higher divine within you.

Also, I think this course has developed me as a teacher tenfold. I now have more understanding of my students and I am able to give them the opportunity to explore themselves in their practice.
The experience of Dru Dance takes your Dru practice to another level: It’s exhilarating to feel the energy flow throughout a beautifully composed dance. It’s also great to get some deeper theoretical background which enables you to experience the dance on the different Kosha levels
The Dru Ayurveda and Yoga workshop. Great simple demonstration of how to use spices in ayurvedic cooking - delicious results and an inspiring, mouth-watering day.
Coherence / flow / good management / joy / serenity. Delighted to take part and learn some new and exciting interpretations of yoga. Very happy that you opened this masterclass out to non-Dru yoga teachers.

At home, you may not feel safe to fully express yourself. In a non-judgemental environment like this, everyone cares for you and wants you to be the happiest you can be.
I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop. I felt reconnected and restored. It was an amazing Dru experience.
It has helped me to explore all aspects of myself. The course has taught me to slow down, observe and witness as I move, breathe and live. It has brought awareness to my true nature, feelings, thoughts and intentions.
It taught me to be kind to myself. The prana work brought attention to health concerns in a startling way. It then led the way in my healing, knowing that all is truly well – thank you!
As a teacher, I have become more aware on many levels of a person’s struggles, difficulties and of course their wellness and awesomeness!
What I'll take from today's yoga postgrad workshop:- A desire to now train as a Dru Yoga teacher, to complement and grow my original BWY teaching qualification. After 19 years, time to open the door to new and fresh stimulation to continue to grow on my yoga path.

A relaxing and friendly atmosphere, nothings too much trouble. The experience allows you to develop but also give something back. The retreat gives you tasters of all different things: Yoga, Meditation, relaxation, chanting, good food, new skills. Loved the location and the friendship
Through the Youth Course I realised that there is a different life than what we live, and that’s the life that I want to live. I’ll definitely be back next year.
I really enjoyed being amongst like-minded yogis. I enjoyed the moving posture work as it's not often I do postures I tend to do EBR[s or sequence work. I enjoyed the sequence this afternoon. I absolutely love all of these workshops and they keep me connected, both with new yogis and in my own body and mind. There was. very good mix of exercises, things to think bout and contributing verbally.
