The workshop had a lovely atmosphere. I liked that we are encouraged to work within our personal limits and not over-push ourselves. Kind and gentle vibes. I particularly liked Padma's pear tree as so new and different. The workshop was well organised. A lovely focus on relaxation and breaking down postures into little bite size pieces. All the teachers had their own stye that worked positively to create a positive whole experience.
Sensitive to all and very inviting, welcoming, fun, reassuring, comforting - perfect.

I was really delighted to be the recipient of the most wonderful Ayurveda massage while staying at the Lodge. I had travelled for hours from the north-east of Scotland, so my body was tired and I felt very ungrounded. Sandra gave me the most nurturing massage, which allowed me to rest very deeply and to sleep soundly afterwards. It was a little bit of heaven given by a very caring and attentive therapist. The room and the towels were warm and cosy and the smell of the oils divine. I felt very balanced and peaceful the next day. Thank you.
Dru Yoga has positively changed my life in all areas. I used to have some sort of block, a kind of disconnect with life. Now everything just flows and I can connect with life on a deeper level.
Discovering the love inside is amazing, discovering how to help others to discover that love inside themselves is stunning.
I enjoyed the challenging yoga moves with Padma before and after lunch. It was a beautiful day for me - an opportunity to take care of my wellbeing and remind myself of good practice that I can do at home, with kindness to myself.
Dru Dance is a special gift for yourself to nourish and nurture your own practice as a teacher which is often overloaded or neglected when you teach others. I’m looking forward to sharing Dru Dance with students in masterclasses and workshops

I have never thought that these plans worked that is , until now. I have been so motivated and inspired by this programme that I really feel I have been guided here at this time. Thank you.
I liked the gradual building of positions into a sequence, so that you felt you had mastered each position before it became a sequence, which was very relaxing and confidence building.The workshop overall was friendly and welcoming, whatever level you are, whether you are a beginner or teacher. I was able to achieve positions I previously hadn't been able to because of the slow, precise instruction.
This course teaches yoga which everyone can do at all levels and stages so it’s really accessible. The teachers are real pros and have amazing experience to back up the knowledge. My personal practice has improved a lot, so has my memory, concentration, calmness and alertness. I also made very strong friendships with like-minded people.
What I'll take from today's yoga postgrad workshop:- A desire to now train as a Dru Yoga teacher, to complement and grow my original BWY teaching qualification. After 19 years, time to open the door to new and fresh stimulation to continue to grow on my yoga path.

The main aspect of the course that I have learnt from the tutors is that 'I can do it!' Dru Yoga is for everyone, including me! There are a wide variety of teachers and Dru can find the teacher in everyone. It has also taught me self-love. This is something that I will carry forwards and always hold onto.
You feel nurtured and supported all the way. Each module is a solid foundation from which to launch into the next.
It has deepened my practice and has also given me ideas about the way I practice; the notes of freedom. Ever since taking the course, I have really begun to understand some elements of myself that I knew I needed to work on – I suppose I have become more aware.
In many ways, the course encouraged me to develop and think about key words to use in class and to incorporate more than just the ‘physical experience of yoga’.
A perfect day. I felt a bit tired in the afternoon and a little resistent to working in a group - it turned out to be the best bit!! Full of joy!
