Chandra Goswami
With 30 years as a Dru Yoga and Meditation trainer, Chandra brings a wealth of experience, wisdom and steady strength to everything she does. Originally a school teacher, deputy head and adult educator, her passion for wellbeing and personal transformation led her naturally into a lifelong yoga path. She has played a pivotal role in developing and supporting Dru communities in the UK and abroad—including Australia, New Zealand, India, Canada and Europe—and is a director of both Dru UK and Dru Australia.
What first drew Chandra to Dru Yoga was the friendship, heart connection and inclusive approach to spirituality. Among her favourite techniques are the Fearless Flight and Moon Sequences—powerful tools she has used to transform fear into courage and balance hormonal health.
Chandra’s superpower lies in the calm, steady presence she brings. Students often describe her as a grounding force, noting the sense of peace, wisdom and deep listening she brings to every class and conversation. A committed mentor, she delights in witnessing the subtle shifts that help her clients grow in confidence, compassion, understanding and joy.
