Benefits of Ayurvedic Marma Face Massage
Ayurvedic Marma Face Massage is profoundly nourishing for both client and practitioner. Benefits include:
- Deep relaxation of the nervous system;
- Improved circulation and lymphatic flow;
- Enhanced skin tone, vitality, and radiance;
- Emotional balance and mental clarity;
- A sense of being deeply held and cared for.
For practitioners, it’s a joy to offer:
- A therapy that is gentle, sacred, and effective;
- Meaningful one-to-one healing work;
- A professional skill that can be integrated into existing practices;
- The opportunity to earn income doing something you genuinely love.

This training is delivered in three integrated parts:
Part 1 (self-study) The Sacred Science of Marma Facial Therapy (theory and self-massage). If you haven’t completed this already, book now and study in your own time.
Part 2 (online) focuses on the theory of oils, skin, doshas, and professional consultation skills, giving you a strong Ayurvedic and clinical foundation.
Part 3 (in-person) is an immersive, hands-on practical training held at the beautiful Snowdonia Mountain Lodge, where you will learn how to confidently offer Ayurvedic Marma Face Massage to others using the correct oils, marma points, and professional standards.
Together, these three parts prepare you to practise safely, gain insurance, and begin offering a deeply nourishing and financially rewarding therapy to clients.
