In the ancient yogic model of the Pancha Kosha (the five sheaths or layers of the human being), the Manomaya kosha encompasses our thoughts, feelings and emotional patterns. When this layer is well nourished, we tend to feel steadier, lighter and more connected. When it is depleted or out of balance, even everyday life can feel heavier than it needs to.

This session, led by Annie Jones, explores the Manomaya kosha through a variety of practical and enjoyable approaches — looking at what genuinely supports this layer, and what can quietly undermine it.
