This kosha meditation masterclass offers a focused and practical exploration of the five koshas — the layered model of human awareness at the heart of yogic philosophy — and what it actually means to strengthen each one.

In Dru Yoga, the Pancha Kosha (five sheaths) describes five interconnected layers of being: the physical body, the subtle energy body, the emotional body, the layer of understanding, and the layer of connected consciousness. When each of these is tended to and in balance, we begin to feel what the yogic tradition describes as genuine inner steadiness — a quality that is both quietly felt and sensed by those around us.

The session works with two complementary practices. The first is the Inner Fire (Agni Sara) sequence — a foundational Dru Yoga practice — explored at the level of the higher koshas to help release held emotional patterns and open access to a steadier, more grounded sense of self. The second is a guided meditation journey through all five layers of awareness, designed to build intuition, inner clarity and the quality of presence that enables you to hold space — for yourself, and for others.

In this kosha meditation masterclass, you may explore:

  • The five koshas — what they are, how they relate, and how to work with each one
  • The Inner Fire sequence at the level of the higher koshas
  • A guided meditation journey building strength and awareness across all five layers
  • Developing the inner confidence and groundedness that supports effective space-holding
  • Practical tools for yoga teachers, therapists, group leaders and dedicated practitioners
