Autumn Healing Sacred Sound & Gong Bath
Join me for a deeply soothing autumn Gong Bath, weaving Welsh melodies, sacred sound, voice and mantra to calm the mind, relax the body and invite deep rest.
Join us this autumn for an evening of mantra, gong and sacred sound with Jane Saraswati Clapham. Give yourself time to slow down, rest and recharge as we move further into autumn. Leave feeling calmer, lighter and more rested.
This healing sound, mantra & gong bath is created as a deeply supportive healing experience, not just a relaxation class.
Through carefully chosen melodies and harmonies, your system will be guided into a state where it can release tension, rebalance, and begin to restore itself more naturally.
🎶 What you will experience
- The evening begins with a few simple breathing and awareness practices to help settle the body and prepare the nervous system for deep relaxation.
- You’ll then experience the deep resonance of the Japanese gong, singing bowls, voice and sacred mantra.
- Enjoy and relax into Welsh melodies and traditional songs, woven through the sound journey.
- Experience how sound and vibration can help quieten a busy mind and release tension.
đź’« Why people return
Many people tell us that these evenings help them:
- Experience profound relaxation
- Release physical tension and mental busyness
- Feel calmer and more emotionally balanced
- Sleep more deeply after the session
- Reconnect with themselves after busy or demanding times
- Leave feeling refreshed, grounded and renewed
No two sound baths are ever the same, and many people enjoy returning month after month to experience a new musical journey. Each Gong Bath is adapted to the time of year and what feels most relevant at the time. For October, the focus will be on warmth, nourishment and deep rest as we move further into autumn.
Ymunwch â mi yn fyw yn Eryri, neu ar-lein o’ch cartref, am noson arbennig o sain sanctaidd, mantra a gong, wedi’i hysbrydoli gan gerddoriaeth a thraddodiadau Cymru. Byddaf yn plethu alawon a chaneuon Cymreig gyda mantra Sansgrit, llais, powlenni canu a seiniau dwfn y gong Japaneaidd, gan greu cyfle i orffwys, ymlacio a mwynhau’r profiad.
If you’re joining online, make yourself warm and comfortable and find somewhere you can lie down and completely relax while the sounds wash over you. Whether you’ve joined Jane for Gong Baths before or this will be your first, you are very welcome.
