With over 30 years of experience as a spiritual mentor, transformational coach, and Dru Yoga teacher trainer, Louise is dedicated to empowering people to live with purpose and to unlock their full potential.

Her journey into brain health began 10 years ago when her mother was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia. Motivated by this experience, Louise is now passionate about teaching practical, effective strategies for maintaining and improving brain health at any stage of life.
