Ayurveda Online Course – module overview

Module 1 – the doshas

Download a questionnaire to discover your constitutional type. This can be determined by what kind of person you are, how you move, speak think and respond to life. Are you a VATA (air) , PITTA (fire) of KAPHA (water and earth)? Or perhaps you are a combination?

See how these different personalities or qualities interact with our working day and how you recognise each one.

Module 2 – food & nutrition

In this week, discover the importance of the digestive fires to keep you healthy, balanced and free from ama – or toxins. Join celebrity chef Keith in learning all about the 6 tastes and how to make the super 6 spice mix, ghee, paneer and kitcheri. Eating has never been so delicious and healing at the same time!

Module 3 – yoga & movement

Module 4 – de-tox

Learn a super de-tox programme that you can do daily. In Ayurveda, this is called ‘dinacharya’. ‘Din’ means ‘daily’ and ‘acharya’ means ‘routine’. It is a tried and tested programme that is aimed at totally revitalising and awakening your mind, body and senses. Dinacherya will act as a turbo boost for your day! This week we will also provide a daily plan for your specific constitution that combines everything you have learnt so far and help you to integrate it into you daily life.
