Welcome to the Yoga Vitality Coach Course!
We’re so glad you’re here. This course is all about unlocking your natural energy, building resilience, and feeling truly alive—inside and out. Over the coming week, you’ll explore movement, breath, mudra, meditation, relaxations… a cream of yoga’s powerful techniques to recharge your body, your emotions and your mind.
Think of this as a journey, not just a course. There’s no rush—take your time, experiment, and notice what feels good for you. If you are doing the course for yourself, it’s fine if you want to take longer than the five days of the live course.
We hope that by the end, you won’t just understand vitality—you’ll be living it! And if you are planning to do Part 2, and learn how to coach others with this suite of techniques, we are looking forward to an amazing, interactive discovery together on the weekend.
