During this 2-hour event, Janey will be sharing important information about adaptogens, specifically ashwagandha.

So many people are taking it at the moment. Is it really right for everyone? How does it work? What can you take with it? And other questions…

The session will be recorded, but we hope you’ll be able to come in person – we’d love to hear how you’re getting on.

There will also be an attunement and some time in breakout rooms to share learning and catch up.

Please note that breakout room activities will not be recorded.
