Welcome to two profoundly nourishing sessions designed to help you slow everything down — gently and intelligently — and reconnect with your own natural rhythm.

Through two of Dru’s most loved Subtle Energy Sequences (formerly known as Energy Block Release sequences), you’ll experience what many people describe as meditation through movement: soft, flowing practices that invite the body to release held stress and rebalance energy pathways — from the physical level into deeper emotional and subtle layers of being.

We’ll explore the energetic perspective of yoga — prana, energy flow and the koshas — always grounded in what you can actually feel and experience for yourself.

Rather than “doing more”, these practices work by allowing the body to unwind, creating the conditions for deep rest, healing and renewed vitality.

Session 1: Your Vagus Nerve & The Radiant Heart sequence (formerly known as EBR 8)

Tuesday 17 February | 7-8.15pm

When your nervous system is on high alert, “just relaxing” feels impossible. Toning the vagus nerve is the biological key to switching off that internal alarm.

You’ll learn how this sequence works across the four outer koshas, creating a symphony of resonance to heal the physical body, build pranic flow, emotional uplift and create a warmly quietened mind.

Ten minutes of practicing this sequence creates an extraordinary readiness to access the deepest layers of your healing response in our profound Chandra (Moon) relaxation.

Our endocrine pathways and hormones quietly shape how we feel — energised or depleted, steady or overwhelmed.

This exquisite flowing sequence helps bring harmony to these inner pathways, allowing stuck emotions to soften and energy to move again, transforming painful emotions into positive ones.

As you spiral gently through the movements, tension begins to unwind. Irritation gives way to calm. Fatigue transforms into a quiet, steady strength.

By the time you arrive in Dru’s Deep Endocrine Relaxation, many people report a deep sense of wholeness — and some of the best sleep they’ve had in weeks.
