Free Guided Meditation and Meditation Mastery Q&A Session

If you’re curious about our Meditation Mastery course, this session offers a grounded, practical way to explore whether it’s the right path for you.

Experience Dru Meditation and explore the benefits for daily life.

If you’re curious about deepening your meditation practice, but still have questions about our Meditation Mastery course, this free session offers a simple and supportive way to explore what the course is really about.

This live Zoom session combines direct experience with a clear explanation of the benefits of Dru’s style of meditation – followed by open time for questions. It’s a chance to meet the tutors, understand the approach, and sense whether this course is right for you before the next intake begins on 28 March.

This session has three parts:

1. A 15-minute guided Dru Meditation: You’ll be guided through a short Dru Meditation practice, including preparation and breath, to give you a felt sense of how Dru works with the nervous system, attention, and inner steadiness. This is a practical meditation, not something to perform or analyse, and reflects the kind of practices developed further in the Meditation Mastery course.

2. An introduction to the benefits of Dru Meditation: After the practice, we’ll explore what makes Dru Meditation different from other styles and how movement, breath, mantra, and meditation work together. We’ll explain why this approach supports steadiness, focus, and emotional balance and how the benefits of meditation are often felt off the mat, in daily life.

3. Open Q&A: There will then be time to ask anything that’s on your mind, including whether the course is right for your experience level, how the training fits into busy lives, the structure, time commitment, and support. We’ll also cover what people typically gain from the course over time. This is a friendly, open space – designed to offer clarity, not pressure.

Why people choose Meditation Mastery:

Meditation Mastery is for people who want meditation to genuinely support their lives, not just be another thing to fit in.

People often join because they want to:

  • establish a regular, sustainable meditation practice;
  • feel more grounded and steady in everyday life;
  • work skillfully with the nervous system, breath, and emotions;
  • move beyond effort or “trying harder” in meditation;
  • deepen their understanding of meditation within the yogic tradition.

What you’ll take away:

By the end of the session, you’ll have:

  • a lived experience of Dru Meditation;
  • a clear understanding of the benefits of Dru’s approach;
  • insight into how Meditation Mastery supports long-term practice;
  • the chance to meet the tutors and ask real questions;
  • clarity about whether the course feels like the right next step for you.

About Meditation Mastery starting 28 March 2026:

Meditation Mastery is a progressive training that supports you to:

  • build a grounded, nourishing daily practice work with movement, pranayama, mantra, and meditation as an integrated system;
  • understand meditation through the pancha kosha (five layers of being);
  • develop steadiness, clarity, and emotional balance over time.

The course is rooted in the yogic tradition and adapted carefully for modern life. Register for free below to join live. Please note this event will not be recorded.
