Life hacks: Short, swift techniques embedded into your daily life – to improve it immensely!

Dru’s subtle ‘Flowing Hearts’ sequence (formerly known as EBR 10) will be the anchor of these sessions, training you to call prana, living life force, into your every action.

From there, we’ll dive into how to add prana to 9 key Life Hacks, how adding prana adds remarkable potency to the everyday yoga life-skills that enable you to live life way beyond most people’s capacity. It’s tremendously rewarding!


Why could improve my everyday life?
If you’re someone who knows you are here to make a potent contribution to the world, to add to people’s lives, to touch your own spiritual potential, then you need to know how to free yourself from being bogged down in every day life.

Have you noticed that an experienced yoga or meditation teacher seems to move through difficult days differently? Somehow they recover faster. They walk into a tense room and the atmosphere changes. They finish a draining day and rebound fast to have a warm evening with their family.

This is because they use yoga’s life skills. And there’s more to these than most of us have ever imagined.

In this two-session workshop, we’re going to add the power of prana to those life-skills. Not only will you learn them, but you’ll learn how to transform them from being great techniques into something even more potent. Your breathing can become a full nervous system reset. Your quiet moments can release what a whole day’s ‘stuff’. A simple breath can subtly transform the energy of an entire room.

Most of these hacks can be done discreetly at your chair. Some invite a moment outside. All of them will become part of how you live.

We’ll be building them around the power of a key Dru’s Subtle Energy Sequences – the Flowing Heart – formerly known as EBR 10. This enables you to call prana from the field of consciousness to make it alive within you, consciously accessible, adding new dimensions to your every day life.

 

Nine Life Hacks Across Three Pillars

1. Body & Spine: Somatic practices for nervous system regulation, fascia release and pranic renewal

  • The Pelvic Freedom Reset — discover that you have freedom in the tilt of your pelvis and how to release your iliopsoas. We’ll dive into the Chair of the Heart and learn to call earth prana upward to dissolve anxiety and cultivate a deep sense of being supported by life.
  • The Sacral-Lumbar Release — a three-layered practice that rebalances the pelvis, sacrum and lumbar spine, builds a field of pranic vitality around you, and eases you back into the current of your life purpose.
