As the situation in the Middle East continues to unfold, many of us are asking:
How do you manifest a world where compassion, empowerment and wisdom predominate?

When wars arise, we can choose to create a rise in compassion. Peace Meditation allows you to become part of the answer.

Join Anouschka, Andrew and Chandra and the Dru team for 45mins of yoga kriya, story, meditation and kirtan to create a wave of peace and compassion across our planet.

One of the greatest strengths of being human is discovering how to be empowered, even during world events that we might at first think are beyond us. Peacemakers through history have a long track record of using the power of intention and connection to bring peace, the power of empowered compassion to make a difference.

Together we’ll explore how to become part of the answer by building a shared field of peace. We’ll look at practical ways to manifest peace, recognising that it is far more than the absence of war.

In the yogic tradition this interconnectedness is sometimes described as Indra’s Web — a luminous network in which every human being is a shining node. Through meditation and Dru yoga kriya, we’ll consciously strengthen this web, and through kirtan allow its light to fill our hearts and minds more fully.

A recent study has shown that across the last 30 years, the wave of focused consciousness that happens in the minutes before every New Year has literally reflected a subtle change to the quantum field upon our earth. We’ll look briefly at some of the science that shows that when you focus your mind to create a better world, yes, you too make a difference.

If you’ve been feeling concern, grief, or a quiet wish to do something constructive, this is a space where you can participate in creating a better world.
