This Ayurveda CPD session is the second in the Dru Ayurveda Health Coach Series 2 — a continuing professional development programme designed exclusively for graduates of the Dru Ayurveda Health Coach diploma.
Led by Shona Sutherland, Co-Founder of Dru Ayurveda, this session explores one of the areas where Ayurveda’s whole-person approach to health offers particular depth: supporting fertility. The session focuses on applying the five natural pathways of Ayurveda in a systematic and progressive way, with dosha-specific guidance that can be confidently applied in a coaching context.
A distinctive feature of this session is the inclusion of a guest client — a woman who successfully became pregnant following Ayurvedic guidance — who shares her pre-conception and pregnancy journey from her own perspective. This first-hand account offers a grounding complement to the clinical material and provides a real-world reference point for practitioners working with clients on fertility.
This Ayurveda CPD session includes:
- A spiritual attunement rooted in Ayurvedic practice to open the session
- A clinical talk by Shona Sutherland on improving fertility using Ayurveda — with time for questions and discussion
- A guest client presentation sharing a personal pre-conception and pregnancy journey using Ayurvedic advice
- A case presentation by a Dru Ayurveda Health Coach, with small-group discussion of diagnosis and treatment approaches
Replays are available for review and for occasions when you are unable to attend live. Topics across the series are shaped by the group’s developing needs and interests.

Graduates of the Dru Ayurveda Health Coach diploma seeking to deepen their clinical knowledge, build confidence in applying dosha-specific guidance, and continue their development in community with peers.
