This Bhagavad Gita yoga retreat online invites you into a weekend of depth and stillness — a chance to explore one of yoga’s most enduring texts not as distant scripture, but as a living guide to finding clarity in the midst of ordinary life.

The Bhagavad Gita has accompanied practitioners of yoga and meditation for centuries. At its heart, it addresses something very human: the experience of being pulled in different directions, unsure of how to act, and looking for some solid ground beneath the uncertainty. This retreat takes those questions seriously, and offers the Gita’s own responses — grounded in yogic philosophy and made accessible for the world we actually live in.

Across two mornings of online teaching, eight sessions are offered by members of Dru’s international faculty, each bringing a distinct aspect of the Gita to life:

  • Sacred ritual — John Jones
  • Journey from confusion to clarity — Rita Goswami
  • Yoga for successfully dealing with every challenge — Pauline Ward
  • Mantra chanting to awaken knowledge and bliss — Petra Opsteeg
  • Developing a daily practice — no effort is ever wasted — Ruth Boaler
  • Cultivating wisdom and self-knowledge through yogic story — Susan Kulas and Jenni Jones
  • Be true to yourself and rise to your greatness — Ned Hartfiel
