This yoga wellbeing mentoring session with Annie Jones is the first in her Health & Spirituality series — a personal, conversational approach to whole-person wellbeing that draws on years of exploring health, Ayurveda, yoga, mantra and spiritual practice.
Annie’s intention for the series is simple: to share what she has learned across a lifetime of exploration, and what has brought her genuine joy and inner peace. Session 1 is where that journey begins — a chance to get to know her approach, and to begin reflecting on what true health and nourishment means for you.
The series is built on the understanding that wellbeing has many layers. Ayurveda and the yogic tradition both describe the human being as more than a physical body — we are also emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual beings, and real health asks us to tend to all of these. This first session introduces that perspective and begins laying the foundations for everything that follows.
In this yoga wellbeing mentoring session, you may explore:

Annie Jones is Co-Founder of Dru UK and Director of Dru Studio. She holds a Diploma in Nutritional Naturopathy (Dip. N.N) and is a Live and Dry Blood Consultant — a background that gives her a distinctively whole-person perspective on health and spirituality.
