Liz
PA to Director & Yoga Course Support Tutor

Liz Winchurch

Liz Winchurch blends a background in charity business support with a deep passion for the healing arts of yoga and Ayurveda. After graduating from university, Liz worked in HR, administration and personal assistant roles for a small charity. It was during this time that she discovered the transformational power of Dru Yoga through the book Stillness in Motion.

In 2018, she completed her Dru Yoga teacher training—a life-changing journey that led her to mentorship with Louise Rowan and a new chapter as a PA and support tutor for the online Dru Yoga teacher training. She now teaches on Dru retreats in Portugal and supports new yoga teachers in their own journey of growth.

Liz is passionate about the synergy between movement and nutrition, especially how yoga and Ayurveda—when tailored to our unique constitution—can restore balance and harmony with nature. Her favourite Dru technique is the Shanti Prana meditation, which she uses to create peaceful, heart-based energy that brings calm to people and spaces.

She is known for creating a calm and encouraging environment for students to flourish—and for helping others feel more joyful, inspired, and grounded through the power of Dru.
