Dru Energisation Workshop
A 1/2 day workshop to discover health and positive wellbeing through Dru Yoga
In this workshop we will share practices that stretch, strengthen, release and mobilise your body to boost your wellbeing and specifically help with keeping you warm and energised this winter.
We all need energy to do the things we need to do in our busy lives. We even need to have energy to sleep well. Dru's strong attention to relaxation is a key to the healing and energising benefits of our yoga. In this workshop we will be exploring how and why relaxation works so well as well as giving you some techniques to keep warm and active through the winter.
Experience a mix of physical movement, posture work, relaxation and meditation in this 1/2 day workshop which will leave you deeply relaxed, recharged and feeling empowered. And to support your experience in the workshop receive a FREE Dru Star Energisation CD for home practice.
