Saturday: Come and join us for a wonderful day of hands on cooking. All the equipment and ingredients will be provided. We will be there to explain everything, and you don’t have to wash up.
Sunday: Discover Dru Yoga for your Ayurvedic doshas with Annie Jones, Nanna Coppens and Mona Fairholme. Discover the joy of cooking healthy, balanced meals with Keith. Guaranteed low calorie and high laughter content!
