Dru Yoga workshop in South Brent - the South West

Enjoy moving the Dru way. Harmonise your emotions, improve your mood, relax and re-energise.

Led by senior Dru Yoga trainer, Padma McIntyre, the day will start with some fun warm ups followed by a flowing Energy Block Release sequence designed to free blockages in the major energy pathways and to release tiredness and tension.

We will explore postures in depth with good body preparation and then a well deserved deep relaxation before lunch.

The afternoon session will include pranayama, sequence and relaxation

This yoga day is suitable for everyone from the least to most experienced yoga practitioner and also to the less as well as more flexible students.

Thank you, this was lovely. It was great to have your teaching in my home!
