Masterclass - The Joy of Sound and Mantra
Mantras are ancient words of power which remind us of our true essence. Sometimes when we are experiencing stress, overwhelm or confusion, it's easy to forget who we are. Our communication can become blocked, and we can lose sight of our natural, empowered and joyful state. Working with the power of sound, and freeing the voice is one of the easiest and most joyful ways to clear our minds so we can connect with our peaceful and joyful nature. This process is really important at the end of autumn so we can keep joyful and full of light throughout the winter months.
In this 75 minute masterclass, Jane and Petra will help you to:
- Open the throat chakra, releasing blocks around communication and self-esteem
- Learn 3 powerful mantras that bring light into your heart and mind
- Enjoy the freedom of sacred sound and meditation to bring inner peace
- Discover how to chant a verse from the Bhagavad Gita to help your meditation practice

I wasn’t at all sure I wanted to teach yoga, but I knew I needed something to deepen my yoga. Yet I was completely unaware how much of a difference it has gone on to make.
The scope for self development was absolutely massive.
I knew it would be good for me, I knew it would benefit me, but I had absolutely no idea how just much it actually would benefit my life. It was incredible.

What I'll take away from today's postgrad workshop:- sharing with other yoga teachers from other yoga schools of yoga. Great explanation of the koshas and I'll add Salutation to the 4 Directions to my lessons.
