Coming from a physiotherapy background with over 30 years experience, I’m passionate about helping people with pain to get back to living and enjoying their life. Karen combines her expertise as a manual therapist, love of fascia and Dru yoga help to teach you the tools to manage pain, relieve stress and create inner balance.
Synergy Wellbeing Outdoor Yoga classes are run in the warmer months. Enjoy flowing sequences and poses, connecting with nature and nurturing relaxations. Suitable for all levels, beginners, new to yoga, suffering any underlying chronic conditions or recovering from an injury or illness.
