I have been teaching Dru Yoga since 2013 to all ages and abilities, from healthy young people to the elderley and people with life limiting conditions. All are welcome in my classes. I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and teacher - Holistic healing is my primary concern, both for myself and my students.
