Hi, I am a Dru yoga and Shakti Dance (the yoga of dance) practitioner, Breathwork Coach and Sound Therapist. I love the therapeutic nature of Dru yoga and offer Dru Back Care and Wellbeing programmes. I have also completed the Dru Kids and Teens post grad and am enjoying being a support tutor with the Dru Scotland team.
I run small classes in Craignish Village Hall, Ardfern, Argyll and Recentre, Oban. These are aimed at people of all ages and abilities and are designed to help you relax, de-stress and gently move your body. Current dates are on my website.
