I am based in the beautiful village of Conon Bridge.

From the Highlands of Scotland originally I bring that real sense of space and peace into everything that I do. I specialise in building women's confidence and emotional resilience through hypnotherapy, private coaching, and as a yoga teacher, prenatal yoga teacher and hypnobirthing instructor this filters through into e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. Happily married I live with my family in Conon Bridge.

My life has had its ups and downs and yoga has helped me stay grounded and build resilience. It's fair to say it's supported me through moving abroad, getting married, getting divorced, moving house (several times), leaving jobs, creating my own business, becoming a stepmum, dissolving conflict, open heart surgery (I had a birth defect we knew nothing about), ill health and bereavement in my family and loved ones, grief, and, you know, being a highly sensitive person in a fast paced world! Phew.

Everybody needs a touchstone, something to call them back to the EYE of the storm, for me that's yoga. Perhaps it is for you too?

PS - I love essential oils, herbal tea and soul nourishing books... you'll usually find me curled up with a combination of all three, or on a hillside with a flask.
