I have been a school teacher for many years and before that a biochemist. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years, sometimes to keep fit and sometimes to help with times of stress. I have found Dru yoga to be very energising and enjoyable, but at the same time finish a class calmed and ready to face the troubles we all have to face. Such a valuable life tool, giving me power and strength. I want to share this with you.
I am very excited about teaching Dru yoga in Suffolk, sharing its unbelievable benefits, giving a sense of energy and wellbeing.
The classes are very inclusive, for everybody. You can work intensively or complete postures and sequences sitting on a chair! It will be fun and there will be some lovely music to enjoy moving with and a soothing relaxation to finish.
Classes are held in Needham Market, Stowmarket and Ipswich as well as Outdoor Yoga at the beautiful Needham Lake.
