On first encountering Dru, it immediately resonated and fitted with my other teaching philosophies.
My classes are 1.5 hours, so there is plenty of time to go deeply into the practices without rushing. I place an emphasis on ensuring any limitations, pain or issues are recognised and each individual's capabilities are respected. This is yoga for everyone.
