Weekly Wellbeing & Meditation, Weekly Yoga Classes and Wellbeing Retreats, suitable for the absolute beginner and for those with experience.

Yoga includes: Flowing sequences, Traditional postures, Breathwork, Deep relaxation and Meditation.

Wellbeing & Meditation includes: Mindful Movement, Meditation, Relaxation, Mantra, Light Language Transmission, Gong Bath, Reiki.

Wellness Retreats: include all of the above!

Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm Yoga at Giffnock Tennis Squash & Hockey Club in Giffnock
Wednesdays 8-9pm at Wellness at Mearns Kirk Hall in Newton Mearns
Thursdays 7.30-9pm at Yoga at Newton Mearns Parish Church in Newton Mearns

Yoga and Meditation Retreat - Rejuvenate & Rest Sunday 8 October 2023, 1-5pm
