Hi , i am a 54 year old man , who at 6ft 6inch didnt think yoga was for me , i am living proof that yoga is for all and my goal is to teach as many people i can that yoga is not just for the internet it is for all
Yoga that is genuinely for all , my classes are adaptable to all and are as relaxed or as robust as you like my goal is that after an hour you feel better leaving my class than you did when you walked in
