As a Dru Yoga Teacher, I have worked with over 2,000 people and has 3,500+ hours teaching experience, spanning over 9 years.
I am trained to teach Children & Teens Yoga, a Healthy Back Care & Wellbeing Instructor and Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher.
Also trained as Mental Health First Aider (level 2) and more recently Ayurveda Health Coach.
I am currently on a 2-year journey on a CNHC recognised Dru Yoga Therapy (due to complete 2024).
I love watching people transform and learning to be being 'yourself' through Yoga, Meditation & Ayurveda.
My yoga classes are an easy-to-follow, compassionate, light-hearted fusion of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and Ayurveda, taught in bite sizes in a way that everybody and every body can have a go at.
Classes, workshops and private tuition is held in Chipping Sodbury, Bristol. Zoom classes and 1:1 tuition.
