Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years and my practice has allowed me to be grateful for the present moment. As a Montessori teacher in a primary school, Kind Time Yoga aligns with my passion for education (cultivated over the last 20yrs) combined with my passion for discovery of a peaceful present moment. Yoga inspires me to slow down thus becoming compassionate toward myself and others. I have completed over 350hrs of Dru yoga teacher training and 28 hours of rainbow yoga kids yoga training but will always be a life-long learner on and off the mat. In my classes, I love to incorporate music and fun while meeting my students with compassion and respect. After a class I hope you feel balanced and go out into the world leading with your heart.
