Sarah has a mission to awaken the hearts of humanity through yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, sound yoga, yoga therapy and transformational coaching.
Sarah runs boutique classes in her Heart Song Studio in Australind in the South West of WA as well as offering weekend events and annual retreats.
Sarah is passionate about health, nature and creating community.
Sarah offers two yoga classes and two meditation classes a week. These run in 8 week blocks in Australind and only take 8 people in each class so that you are having a personal experience in a custom built studio.
Sarah also offer an online studio subscription option as well as online courses.
As a certified Yoga Therapist Sarah offers one on one consultations to work with you to achieve your wellness goals.
