What you will experience
You will leave different to how you arrived
Dru Yoga works differently to most. Rather than pushing through tension, the sequences work with your body's natural energy flow — releasing what's held, opening what's closed, and leaving you with a practice you'll actually return to at home.
Stillness inside a busy life
Discover the art of finding your inner anchor — that quiet centre that stays present no matter how fast the world moves around you. You practise it here, in nature. You take it home.
A body that finally lets go
Chronic tension doesn't always release through effort. Dru sequences are designed to open the pathways that holding blockages so your body can finally exhale.
Your own personal plan
Through guided sessions, you will leave with movements, breath techniques and personal anchors — simple tools we will teach you, that are designed to work for your life.
the feeling
"Found the pathway back to me and a lightness that I've never experienced before. Fabulous and calming retreat!"
Maggie Porter-Jones
Deep rest on every level
The kind of rest that restores your nervous system and emotions, helps you slow down you mind and truly replenishes you body, mind and being.
A heart that opens
Through specific sequences designed to activate and nourish the heart centre, many students find unexpected warmth and a renewed sense of what matters.
Nature as medicine
Walking barefoot on ancient Welsh earth, breathing mountain air beside a river, nature-bathing among the May bluebells — nature here does its own quiet work.
Habits that simply fall away
Students often notice something unexpected after a day or two: the reaching for the phone, the mental chatter, the usual loop simply quietens. Just... less necessary.
