I love teaching Dru yoga as it gives me great satisfaction to see the transformation that happens to people who join my classes. I am motivated by helping others help themselves!
I teach a range of community based classes in the East Dunbartonshire area.

I also work in the 3rd Sector teaching bespoke programmes in Men Matter Scotland (a suicide prevention charity).
Many come to class for health issues and leave feeling connected, calm, peaceful, de-stressed and most importantly - with a smile! Living in the moment is an amazing place to be'
