I am passionate about Dru yoga and the health benefits, both mental and physical, that come with it.
When I first started my yoga practice, I couldn't even dress myself or put my shoes on. Slowly because of Dru, I grew in confidence and core strength.
Dru yoga changed my life with its soft and gentle flowing movements, and so I began my journey on the path to becoming a qualified teacher.
Teaching Dru is now one of my greatest passions. To be able to share the knowledge with others is amazing.
If you ever though you can't do yoga then I invite you to come and join one of my classes.
I approach all classes with kindness and compassion.
A larger lady, who has had spinal surgery, I understand what it is like to have limitations.
Through my classes you will learn:
- to listen and honour your body
- deep relaxation techniques
-how to reduce stress and tension
all through soft gentle and flowing movements, and you don't need to touch your toes!
I am also trained and run classes in trauma sensitive yoga.
