I love yoga and I love teaching, so teaching yoga is one of my favourite things to do. To be able to share the power of Dru yoga with others and watch its effects has been inspiring and uplifting. Can't wait to share this with you.

I have a small yoga studio at home in which I teach small groups, booking is essential. One-to-one classes also availible.
I also have a drop-in class in the local villiage hall. This is an opportunity to have some fun, relax and do yourself some good too. EveryBODY welcome.
