Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in Cape Town Western Cape South Africa
I am excited to be bringing Dru Yoga to South Africa. My desire to share this yoga practice with fellow South Africans inspired me to enrol in the teacher's training course. Taking my life in this direction has been a culmination of years of interest in natural health and the healing capacity of the body. It can only be onward and upwards form here!
My classes are relaxed and friendly. I like everyone to feel welcome and not under pressure to perform. I enjoy teaching diverse groups of people and ability. I endeavour to teach you skills you can do on the mat and off the mat in your daily life.
