As I practice Dru yoga, I find myself becoming more comfortable within my skin. It has given me the tools to help navigate the ups and downs of life's experiences. I have gained many physical benefits, and my outlook, thought patterns and well being is changing for the better each day. Dru yoga is a very adaptable style for every body type and shape, and that's the attraction to this ancient based practice. I believe it would be wonderful if everybody would take time to try at least one Dru class.

About my classes...

I hold small intimate classes at my home. The classes are relaxed and informal. This helps you feel at home so you can enjoy the whole Dru experience. I like to adjust the class content to match the needs of the individual, as I believe not one class fits all. The benefits of the subtle movements have on the body may not be felt instantly, but over time and practice they can be life changing.
