She is fascinated with exploring the energy centers and designs workshops and retreats that heal and awaken the Chakras to enhance creative flow, wellbeing and joy.
She incorporates the chakra system into creative leadership development to help leaders understand and balance their energy centers, associating the specific qualities of each chakra to leadership. Leaders experience greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and overall physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
