I am a creative person and am passionate about well being in body,mind and soul. I love teaching DRU yoga because it is accessible to all levels and abilities ,complementing my work as a Holistic Therapist. DRU yoga is not about your shape,size or being bendy but being open to tune into yourself through movement,breathing,visualisation,affirmations and relaxation........DRU yoga is a beautiful journey of self discovery.
My classes are in new forest area Day and evening. I also offer 1-2-1 and small private groups . I include simple warm up movements ,beautiful flowing DRU sequences and classics postures, finishing with a relaxation. I work creatively and safely offering modifications where needed.
