I am over 50 and keen to make yoga available to everyone, particularly those who would not normally consider trying it. I feel motivated to share the benefits of Dru Yoga. I am particularly interested in tailoring the yoga specifically to the individual, benefiting general health and combating some of the problems that can develop over time such as mobility and balance. My aim is to keep all my classes beneficial, accessible but challenging for all, happy and above all relaxed.

Mondays 6-7pm New term starting 9 January 2023
Held at Canolfan Ucheldre Centre, Millbank, Holyhead, LL65 1TE.

Thursdays 1pm - 2.30pm Beginners class starting 12 January 2023.
This is a good start if you haven't tried yoga before.
