I have been a Dru Yoga teacher for 9 years. I am also a meditation teacher. I love the graceful flowing movements, visualisations and directed breathing. Dru has improved the flexibility and strength of my spine and postural muscles,significantly reduced my stress levels and helped me deal with challenging situations. I love it and am so keen to give the joy of Dru to my students!
I am currently running a number of Online classes each week via Zoom-details of my classes can be found on this page. I hope to resume In Person classes just as soon as circumstances change.
