I discovered yoga by accident when i was 7 through a television programme in the sixties, I instantly recognised it was for me, & I got yoga books out of the library to learn all I could, & it became my thing. I attribute the discovery of yoga as the sign post to my career life, which was as a physiotherapist. I enjoyed being a physio it gave me a lot. I trained as a Dru yoga teacher in 2009 & now I am coming back to my higher love which is yoga and fun. I love serving, helping & connecting others, I have lots of enthusiasm as well as experience with the public , I also love dance & I am currently working towards gaining Dru dance teacher status.

Whilst My classes can be high energy, with much variety & flow there is also a lot of emphasis put on safety and self responsibility , with respect to working to your own level & honouring how you feel. I am very blessed with very fit retirees, but younger & reasonably fit persons very welcome .

This chat could be done by arrangement via telephone or by zoom to suit. Don't worry we also do breathing & relaxation, pricing is very good value, & fun is obligatory!
