I liked the gradual building of positions into a sequence, so that you felt you had mastered each position before it became a sequence, which was very relaxing and confidence building.The workshop overall was friendly and welcoming, whatever level you are, whether you are a beginner or teacher. This course teaches yoga which everyone can do at all levels and stages so it’s really accessible. The teachers are real pros and have amazing experience to back up the knowledge. The Advanced Practioner course has dramatically increased my awareness of the impact of movement and postures at each of the kosha levels. My practice is now much richer. I have a new toolkit to manage life's challenges. I am much more aware of the koshas in everyday life and have become a witness of reaction, behaviours and motivations. I know have a choice whether to accept these changes or redesign them if necessary.
As a yoga teacher, the course has developed my skills in using language to enrich the practice for students.

The workshop had a lovely atmosphere. I liked that we are encouraged to work within our personal limits and not over-push ourselves. Kind and gentle vibes. I particularly liked Padma's pear tree as so new and different. The workshop was well organised. A lovely focus on relaxation and breaking down postures into little bite size pieces. All the teachers had their own stye that worked positively to create a positive whole experience.
